BTC 4 Hr. Flag & Pennant // Breakout up or down?

A large flag & pennant has developed on BTC 4 hr.

I am predicting a break to the downside, as BTC makes its way towards $5k support on Novemeber 17th/18th - and then back up to ATH levels and beyond.

Thoughts?

UPDATE: Called this breakout incorrectly. I was anticipating a break-out to the downside based on Bull run and previous pull backs. But, once again, the Honey Badger breaks out to the upside.

My new prediction is that BTC will build consolidation in the $7000 - $7300 range, then heading for new All Time Highs.
