I would NOT RELY ON Camarilla yearly R4 breakout as we have that massive UNFILLED extension. In 2020 the roof breakout occured only in the end of the year. In 2020 BTCUSD on Feb 10 started trending down from yearly R3 to S3 and by middle March the extension had been filled. Same scenario is likely to develop in 2021.
If you had been long up to now - "R3 to R4 yearly top value zone" is the best area to secure the profits.

In 2019 Eurusd broke the yearly floor S4 but monthly candle failed to close below. This failure followed by a massive bullish rally in the opposite direction. So keep in mind that price might spike through the roof (R4).
The general rule is that typically price REVERSES btween R3 and R4 (top value) going back to the 2019 close (we have "a shelf" there) or bottom value (S3 to S4 zone).
The illiquid thin runs (as we saw in BTCUSD previous rallies) typically GET FILLED.
