BTCUSD - inverse head and should on 15 min - target 9k

I know it is a downtrend market overall, but a bounce to 9000 will be a completion of this inversed head and shoulder pattern to the upside on 15 min chart. Let's wait and see if it can break out from the neckline and if the breakout on a good volume.
