Something ain't right on btc. We got a bearish divergence. However we have a bullish flag on 12H timeframe. There are some more controversial signals like bearish engulfing by daily and bullish flag pattern as I mentioned. The most interesting thing is that we are between strong support zone and strong resistance zone.
So we can put a small risk on this bearish setup and go short with stop-loss somewhere above 9800 in order for bearish divergence works out.
Do not take big trades until price passes either strong support or strong resistance!
