BTC break out retest or new lows?

At this point I am considering break out retest complete. Given this opinion I don't see why price would hang out too much in this area. Waiting to see FOMC and reaction afterwards for either:
- market buying with 28k target; or,
- layering bids sub 18k

At this point fully neutral until FOMC

Comentarios:

We got the FOMC pump, and it was hard getting in had you waited for confirmation of direction.
Leaning towards getting a gap fill at 28k and using all dips to get spot exposure.
If we 25k first we might get a deeper pullback

Comentarios:

I still think we are going to go higher before resuming larger down trend, but I need to take a risk defined setup even for the spot allocation.
TPed most of the spot positions and now waiting for a deeper pullback to get back in.
