Alts season start or Alts die, we will know soon!!!!

The market cap Bitcoin dominance, %, is highest in 2019 and the RSI indicator shows the maximum level (OVERBUY). It can be good news for ALTS holders and shall Alt season start soon. In this case, if the BTC.D breaks the lower trend-line and the dominance of BTC puts under 52% it seems that Alt coins grow multiple (like end of 2017). On the other hand, if the BTC.D breaks the upper trend-line there is no Alts season anymore, and we will only see a few Alt coins survive in this massacre!!!
