NASDAQ:BLPH Price crossed over the 200 day MA on 2/21/17 and has since seen support there.The rest of this analysis will be based on the 1h chart, it shows a flag that is close to completion, Relative Strenth Indicator is also showing an ascending wedge that is near completion. CMF is uptrending and just crossed over 0. MACD is positively diverging and in an ascending channel. Short ratio is also only 1.18. If it breaks 1.57 it could be a multi day runner imo.

If it is a multiday runner I think itll see resistance in the low 2.20's based on a 2 standard deviation bollinger bands using a 200 day MA
