Keep in mind how wall street works. Stocks like BABA and run far up past any sort of conventional evaluation matrix and then they correct to shake-out weak hands. The issue with BABA is that it has profits, high growth rate in the chinese market and potential to expand exponentially for years to come. So, this is just the beginning and as BABA begins to get traction in new markets this stock will soar beyond imagination.
in the near term the stock will take out upper ranges and is a bargain at the lower ranges. A correction will come in place down the road.
Based on this view, the short and long term linear regression is a guide for entry and exit positions. As noted before the lower ranges will continue to be bargains where I will add to current position.
