After hitting the ATH around $3.1 early in September, ADA has been trading down. However, since ADA touched the 0.618 Fibonacci retracement, a strong bullish move has started.
Today was a very strong day for ADA, one of the strongest in recent memory, with a +8% on the day. In my opinion, this is the start of a second bullish leg.
I've marked the area between $3.4 and $4 as the target area for the current move. I'm expecting the price to find strong resistance around the dynamic resistance which connects the ATH with the May-21 top.
