SHIB sandwiched between two opposing zones

For a continuation of the uptrend, I would like to see SHIB breaking the supply zone marked in red, for me to start looking for long entries, but if price breaks the demand zone marked in green, we might roll way down. We're up on the daily but LTF can roll and fool us without breaking any important support/resistance zone.
