Grifols falls after Moody's withdraws CEF, PDR ratings
** Shares in Grifols GRF fall 4.7% after Moody's said on Friday it had withdrawn its B3 corporate family rating and B3-PD probability of default rating on the Spanish drugmaker
** In its report, the rating agency said it had "insufficient or otherwise inadequate" information to support maintenance
** Moody's decision comes as the Grifols family and Canadian fund Brookfield BN evaluate a possible joint takeover bid for the company
** "Moody's decision reflects a lack of transparency on the part of the company and highlights the need for further changes to regain market confidence", Sabadell says
** In June, Moody's cut its CFR rating to B3 from B2 on the company
** Including Monday's fall, Grifols' stock has dropped by 39% YTD and it is at the bottom of the Spanish IBEX 35 IBC index
