Appointment of Administrators and Resignation of Nominated Adviser

Further to the announcement dated 10 May 2024, Chamberlin plc (AIM: CMH.L), the specialist castings and machining group, announces that Raj Mittal and Benjamin Jones of FRP Advisory Trading Limited ("FRP") have been appointed as administrators of the Company's two trading subsidiaries, Chamberlin & Hill Castings Limited ("CHC") and Russell Ductile Castings Limited ("RDC"), which have been placed into administration.

Resignation of Nominated Adviser

Consequently, Cavendish Capital Markets Limited has informed the Company of its intention to resign as Nominated Adviser and Joint Broker to Chamberlin plc with immediate effect. The Company's ordinary shares remain suspended from trading and pursuant to AIM Rule 1, if a replacement Nominated Adviser is not appointed within one month, the admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled.
