Ask 100 people, time to buy into XRP? Not only would there be very few hands up, there would be some serious verbal diarrhea slung at you.
Maximum Fear. Maximum Pain. You don’t like this. I don’t like this. That usually means we are at a bottom.
If you’ve been following, I’ve been talking a lot lately about closing gaps. A gap is where the price range was never backtested. A week ago I noticed that the daily chart had prices going to around 0.30 that technically was a gap that had not been filled, at least in the daily chart... I never thought we had to fill it... Boy was I wrong... We have retested all the prices leading up to the previous high. So, the good news is two fold: One, structurally we are in great shape to push higher. Two, a SEC lawsuit could be exactly what XRP needs right now. Regulatory clarity is what XRP requires. ”Lawsuit” is a scary word. It just shook out a ton of people. But lawsuits, once settled, provide clarity moving forward. XRP will more than likely be seen as a commodity once this is done. Sure, it could have been a security at the outset, but fines can be paid and the escrow will most likely be used to grease some wheels. Both Amazon and Tesla were sued by the SEC. Amazon settled in 2005, price was down at $33-35. Both companies have performed half decent ;) What I look at are the people involved in Ripple and XRP, big names, big connections, worldwide adoption. These people all left high paying jobs to ride the Ripple/XRP train, they did not leave high paying jobs to get spooked by the word lawsuit. Who first announced this? Ripple. Why? They knew this was coming. Ask any of those big names who have joined Ripple and hung their hat on XRP. Have you ever been with a company who has been sued? Sued by the SEC? A couple hands would go up for sure. Anyways, in the end you guys can choose your actions. You do you. Listen to me, troll me, do whatever you want. At the end of the day, this may just turn out to be a crazy weekly/monthly wick that we all look back at and say, Wow! Something crazy must have happened there!
