The chart speaks for its self. This thing will either slowly work its way towards that point or dump hard and bounce back out of that trajectory. The aim point is in the end of October 2019.

Forgot to mention. Based on the momentum, XRP had breakouts when it was in similar situation. However, BTC has been outperforming almost all expectations, thus alts have been really weak. So its a mixed bag on XRP right now
