On the weekly timeframe we can see that price is moving to the upside and forming a new higher high breaking into an uptrend. We want to see a retracement to the 0.6900 level before taking any buy opportunities.
On the h4 timeframe we can see that price is in a strong uptrend and just formed a higher low. We are seeing the formation of a rectangle pattern which is a continuation pattern.
