Easy call for New Month & Quarter, White Line: Long above and Short below. Arrow points are targets for either. May see a decent Overnight Drop for a change, turning into an All American Pop Rally for the Holiday (mid to late day). The downside did weaken some today. White line pass/fail is the key.
