$NEAR and Historic Fibs

As with many Alts currently, NEAR is reaching lows that do not tend to last long. Below the 0.786 retracement in previous bear markets (or near their end) has lasted roughly 27 days, who knows exactly how long it will dip below this area for this time BUT I am leaning on it being brief and unsuspecting.

Below this area has proven, time and time again, to be generation bottoms. Is it worth the risk in your opinion?
