Price fomring Lower Highs and EQ Lows.
It all depends now from the breakout.
If so - retest is welcome to confirm true breakout.
If no - price will go to liquidity zone.
Still more bearish than bullish.
Consolidation below trend line is not good sign.
New project+low volume.
