The European banking business is in a deep crisis. The second wave of the virus is already more serious than the first, but no one wants to close.

and so on and so forth.
The seasonal factor hints that the Euro is already far overbought.
Why aren't we falling?
The folks are manipulating and want to earn more than the market can give.
