If this is true, then we've only just seen the beginning of the bull run.

I didn't even think about this before, but (3) is August 1.ETH should rise as a result of the fork, but that means bitcoin should also rise which coincides with my long here:
Maybe the fork won't be so bad for the bitcoin price after all
