Selloffs Vs VIX feedback helpfull

As a newbie here i am trying to understand the corelletion between a major Index and how cryptos trend to, i cannot analyse this (yet) but will use all tools here to discover trends and try to follow this ever changing market with something that can attribute to its movement. i have a long position in XRP at 0.5
And ofcourse take in mind all Major indexes are down, Today cause of PODUS
