DOWI: Down to the Primary Count and an Alt count. Primary Wave A
= Wave C. Alt count has a lower low. If the current wave 4 of the primary count exceeds 24217, then Primary Count is invalidated and we will have to go with the Alt Count which means the Correction is over and wave 5 has started.
