Crude commentary on oil from drop to pop

Oh jolly good heavens! Haven't we been riding this petroleum roller coaster long enough to know what separates the ups from the downs, the buys from the sells?

Here are a few comments I have overheard in the office war room over the last two years. You would think the petroleum market would be an easy case of oil rags to oil riches. Ha! If that were the case, Mr. Livingston, we would all be rich. Not just me.
