BTCUSD: higher low?

Hi, I see a higher low based on rejection of lower lows in the fractal segmentation with indications of trend reversal and general market bullishness. Possible levels for support based on previous horizontal resistance:

Ratio of longs vs shorts on Bitfinex = 1.45. Longs are higher but compare with last time they were at this level. Check the stoch! Nota
