Potential for a very bearish pattern forming on the 4hr chart

Not much of a pattern trader but there is a potential head and shoulders nearing completion in confluence with my elliotwave impulsive count. If it does play out, looking for a little more upside before coming down. A safe confirmation would likely be playing a bounce off the neck line.
