Breakout of a level = price makes a low that is higher than the level, or a high that is lower than the level.
When the trend is up we can buy against support levels, and viceversa, risking the value of the ATR indicator as the stop loss.
RgMov trend is up when it makes a new 44 bar high, without making any new 44 bar low after that.
