$BTC highest in a long time but looks tired
The tiny 
BTC RSI downtrend was broken yesterday BUT it still has LOWER highs over last week & since mid Jan
IMO we have a good chance to push higher, we just had highest high in a long time today, but it will likely go a bit lower first
