Shares of Alcoa has resistance located at$ 17on the weekly chart and form the pattern of to continue the upward movement.
Note that the pattern is not fully shaped yet. It is expected that the price will return to the level of 16$, and it will give us a good opportunity to long in order to break the level of 17$
