Tengo problemas/preguntas sobre NinjaTrader 

• Recibo el error «Tradingview has not been entitled to access your account. Please login to the Client Dashboard, then select Add-Ons and grant permission to access for Tradingview» en la cuenta de NinjaTrader.
• Recibo el error «Username or password is incorrect» en NinjaTrader
• I receive the error “You do not have access to Live/Demo accounts” on NinjaTrader
• I receive the error “You have 2FA enabled and log in from a new machine” on NinjaTrader
