Market fluctuations are like Russian dolls. The large, medium and small time dimensions are mutually constrained and lead each other. When they resonate, even huge institution cannot stop.
This indicator is different from other indicators: pattern recognition, look at the appendix's educational idea in fact, the value area is very obvious.
Overbought, oversold in high-dimensional work as context, and the specific trading decision is based in the smallest time dimension.
On the other hand, the complexity of the market is reflected here: the bullish enthusiasm leads to two paths: breakout or pullback, a bit like the uncertainty of quantum mechanics, which is a question of probability. The final direction depends on the fight of bull and bear.
I generally raise the stop loss point when there is a serious multi-dimensional overbought, or short trade when the breakout is fading.
The smallest-uppermost frame is the level chosen to trade.
Trade on which time frames span is personal chose, which is related to volatility of the trading instrument, stop-loss level and leverage level if margin trade is used. I use 5m, 15m to 30m as the smallest frame. Big Frames work as Context.
