Session Range

SPDR S&P 500 ETF TRUSTArca

Descripción

Simple script for showing the high/low/midrange of a session. By default configured to do the Daily range using the "regular" session. But it's configurable. For example on this chart I am showing the Weekly range.

I like the idea of this script but it plots the sessions from 10.30am when I have it set to 9.30am. Often it misses the most important price action. Any suggestions to how I can get it to work properly?

Great and very useful script. Thank you for creating and sharing!

Thank you for this ! Excellent.

Is there a way to have the IB High and Low lines (and shading) stop with the afternoon session instaed of having it carry over into the next day ?

@TradeTick, Hi Tradetick, did you find the solution to that question??? I'm looking for a solution for the same thing. I try to find another indicator with RTH Mid Point, but that shows only the mid point in the RTH Session, without extending the lines to the next session, but i didn't find nothing.

@Javier.carden5,I ended up switching platforms to Sierrachart . I was able to accomplish this with Sierrachart.

Good job.
I try to find a little more sophisticated : the same I used on MT4 : it draws High and low lines for 5 trade sessions (Asia, EU only, EU&US, US only and one more I needed)
Plus you can adjust beginnings and endings to manage DST or differences between server time/local time...
It would be very nice if you could code it...
