This is great at showing shifts in momentum :) I'm a pure FX price action trader but i use this to detect shifts in momentum as a confluence factor. When i see price at a support level and the PMO is shifting in the direction i think price is going, it's a great confirmation. Momentum, Trend and Price Action is where it's at in the FX market, well that and news (but only temporarily lol) ;)
