Suds Signal Indicator V2.0

34

Overview:
Suds Signal Indicator V2.0 is a trend-following entry/exit system designed specifically for intraday trading.

This version improves the original Suds Signals with cleaner trend validation, stronger filters, and full daily session resets to match day-trading conditions.

🔍 How It Works

The indicator combines EMA trend structure with a smoothed RSI filter to identify high-probability long and short setups:

Trend Structure
Bullish Trend: EMA10 > EMA20 > EMA50
Bearish Trend: EMA10 < EMA20 < EMA50

RSI Confirmation
Uses RSI(14) smoothed by SMA(14)
Longs only when RSI > 50
Shorts only when RSI < 50

Additional Entry Filter (New in V2.0)
Long entries only when price is above EMA10
Short entries only when price is below EMA10

This ensures signals only occur when price structure and momentum truly align.

🕒 Day-Trading Ready (Daily Session Reset)
Every new trading day starts with a clean slate:

Previous positions reset

Cooldowns cleared (Recommended to be a value of 3)

Debounce logic re-armed

Fresh rising-edge detection

This prevents late-day conditions from bleeding into the next morning, making the indicator behave more naturally for intraday strategies.
