Ripple's chart is currently displaying a familiar pattern and appears to be on the brink of a historic breakout. The formation is reminiscent of the one seen in 2017, when the value of Ripple experienced a significant increase.
I think history never repeats. So trying to justify occurance of the same pattern makes no sense. There is not even one proof that such scenario (of repeated pattern) occured at least once.

you can see the repetition, but they're not telling you how the fractal (trendline)simply moves up and down with the price, hence always appearing the verge of breakout.
