Inital Lawsuit DEC 2020 vs Present

Got to thinking that there could be a case made for comparing the price action that happened post SEC lawsuit announcement, in Dec 2020, with the current one. If an appeal is made then one could assume the price action leading up to the announcement might be similar. You will never convince me, with the amount of money that can be made, that someone, likely a small group of people aren't privy to information like the SEC appeal, before the public. The capacity for abuse in such a situation is a certainty. With such foreknowledge then its just a question of from which situation would these individuals make more money. Appeal or no appeal.

They tried to trip us up but we will persevere. We got 12 days from today as a range for the bottom of the crash.
Nota
if you havent gotten out, you might consider doing it ASAP, flash to below 0.40 is possible today.

THE NEXT 24 hours could prove crucial for purchasing xrp at lows, honestly anything in the 30 cent range is great, if you don’t want to have to watch it like a hawk and happen to see an entry below 40cents. The notice of an appeal is not the same thing as a filing of an appeal. The law says you must first give notice of an appeal and then you have 2 weeks to officially file for appeal. The notice was officially accepted on October 4th. Which makes today the last honest to god day before the window to appeal closes.
