If you consider only TA then XCP is heavily bearish at this moment.

FA is too strong considering it is going for a hard fork and airdrop. I would wait for some more time before entering in this.

Woooo! almost 40% down. Slowly coming towards the buy zone. Under 200k would be a great price to take the position.

@Wetdog544, I am not able to find a date for the fork and airdrop. They are showing a vague nature. If they announce the date for it, the FA would get strong and ultimately pump price upward.
