LOL. Check this out: During the month of July, 11 different law firms filed class action lawsuits against SRNE. Afterwards, the price rallied 125%. Or maybe it rallied because SRNE announced the start of phase 2 trials on one of their drugs? I think the lawsuits gave this company more exposure than the phase 2 trials alone.
Currently in Phase 1 of COVID antibody trials and simultaneously manufacturing 50,000 doses of it before it is even approved. I guess that shows a lot of confidence in their drug.
SRNE is a definite buy. All indicators point bullish.
Oh. The secret. Get sued by a ton of people and stock price goes up.
@mcclougj, I've been back testing these lawsuits as a strategy and it appears that depending on how many law firms jump in; a stock can move between 25% to 100% based on the exposure.
But I'm talking about frivolous lawsuits. The serious class action lawsuits that involve death or environmental destruction are always bad (like JNJ opioid deaths)
