It has been bouncing between 45 and 60 since april. I don't think this is anything special yet. I would take a close over 60 as a possible bullish sign but it would be too risky. The last 2 times this happened it lost 30% within 3 weeks. I would consider shorting this and use 61 as my stop. HAPPY TRADING!
