Tal y como se puede observar en el gráfico, PHM alcanzó un máximo relativo el día 21 de Julio. Sin embargo, tras esa fecha el declive que han experimentado los precios es evidente (2 máximos descendentes y 2 mínimos descendentes así lo muestran).
