That's called FOMO fear of missing out in most of the cases we retailer always buy on TOP and not able to sell it basically market having full of options search for it keep study the chart this is the best thing & yes Retest setup are the strong one i'do have few example from last one week. Try to enter the Stock those were retested successfully.
