GBPUSD approaching crucial Supports: GU to bounce or die?

British Pound/U.S. DollarFXCM

Descripción

GU has broken through may supports already.
Now it is approaching critical supports here.
If it breaks through these, look out below!

See some of my other Forex calls below.
I also plot Crypto and some Stocks, check my Profile Page.

(still in play)
(found last bottom)
(in time, to the Pip)
(scalp that ran hard)
(perfect top, huge profits)
(the very tip-top a year ago)
(perfect entry, huge profits)
(pinpoint Entries/targets)
(just in time, quick 70 pips)
(Upthrust warning just in time)
(recent perfect entries)
(perfect short a year ago)
(caught most of the spike)
(perfect entry, huge profits)
(recent perfect entries)
(Perfect entry, still in play)
(Prefect entry, almost done)

Of course, I have had total FAILS on some plots also, not going to pretend.
But my plans offer PRECISE entries, TIGHT stops, and EXACT take profits.
Precision is the way of the Fib. Almost every turn happens at a Fib Line.

Well, at least we go a clear recognition of the support zone
lets see if it holds. The news out of UK is quite negative, so this might just a dead cat bounce ....

.

Comentarios

So much for those zones, plowed right through
there are a couple of solo fibs coming up, lets see if there is a reaction at those.

Perfect Ping/rejection from the red 4.618
that was the barrier I was more insterested in. If it can get past it an retest with a clean Ping then maybe it has a chance ....

Rejecting from subsequently lower fibs, and EXACTLY from the fibs
looks like we are headed to 1.22xx

It is also possible that GBP will go below EUR and also will come to parity with USD. In the worst case scenario, Scotland might ask for independence from UK, which will then be followed by Northern Ireland asking for their independence. Both countries voted against leaving EU with marked majorities.

@doctorkesh, that's true. But how can Scotland and Northern Ireland ask for their independence in the same breath they say they want to join the EU? The EU is a failed State and is destined to break up soon. Portugal, Italy, Greece and Spain are hemorrhaging money and will need to be bailed out year after year. Deutsche Bank if allowed to fail, will bring down the EU banking system. If it is bailed out, it will need bailouts every year forever. The citizens of France and Italy want to leave the EU. If they are successful, more countries will join them. I don't see the EU being around 5 years from now. Scotland and Northern Ireland may be joining a sinking ship and will assigned bailing duty. :-)

@BDG, Whatever the politics is - and yes Scotland and Ireland will use anything to get out of England's rule given the events of the past 50 years - will have a negative impact on GBP.

No surprise there. Boris Johnson, new PM, is going to take UK out of EU without a deal. This is the stance for now. GBP will probably touch 1.10$ in a few weeks.
