These decreasing maximums and the support of increasing lows of the bullish channel of the pair, are drawing a figure in which the fifth wave of WOLFE would be forming; if so, it would break the resistance of decreasing maximums, which would comply with the rule for this fifth wave, in addition to creating a double ceiling with wave 3, which would reinforce a rebound in that resistance to draw the sixth bearish wave, and directing the price up to 1.39 yen. The MACD indicator would be showing a lower maximum than its predecessor and the RSI has exceeded its average by 50 and is heading to the overbought level at 70.
