MACD (Green and red) and Stoch RSI (Blue line)
The MACD is not a simple buy/sell indicator. It is a tool for evaluating the health of momentum, identifying trend exhaustion, and confirming market direction, always within the context of a broader analysis. The Stoch RSI combines the speed and sensitivity of the Stochastic Oscillator with the strength and trend of the Relative Strength Index (RSI).
Combining these tools will give you a more robust and reliable view of the market. Observing the change in direction of the Stoch RSI (blue line) and the volume of the MACD shows if the movement has strength or not, depending on the direction of the turn.
I recommend that you always combine it with other elements of your analysis, such as price action analysis (candlestick patterns), support and resistance levels, and other indicators like trading volume.
