Leg 3 is your problem statement. If its finished, it didn't rise above the peak of leg 1, which invalidates the rest of your pattern. Its either not finished yet (subwave V of leg 3 still to play, followed by 4,5 of you're wave 3), or its rejected. Rejection might take us down a gartly route, but who knows ;) good luck.
