Following my previous ideas that you have access below this page, it hit my first price target, this is what I see and expect from the chart. lets see how it works. it can drop from this price without filling the gap, but possibility of filing gap us much more. GL

@mld8, did you check my chart for the it hit 9$? I defined these numbers same day, I think opposite, if it couldn't drop it was a surprise.

By the way. I am literally in the parking lot of a tanger outlet center here in riverhead Long Island and let me tell you. So many empty stores. So many. And the stores are closing at 7 and 8 with many closing at 7. This place is usually filled and open till 9. Not sure what’s going on but tangers stock may reflect it. This is a hugeeeee outlet place with probably 100 plus stores at minimum. It’s not empty empty but it’s not what it usually is.

I have a few friends who have moved out to Cali from the island and they all say it to though. Some have found themselves divorced or were just single when they went out there and they also say dating is horrible out there. They always ended up finding women who were from the east coast.

@CJS04, it's totally different, you should live here to understand, weather is perfect, you have too much time to spend, and any kind of entertainment is near you, nature is fantastic, but ppl are mixed, I am not American myself, but I mean they are not educated or polite like East, I mean you see more humanity in East, dating? it's all about one night standing, I have family, but if I wanted to marry an American girl, for sure I looked for a girl from East, lol

@shkspr, wow.. and they say New Yorkers and tri-state people are rude! How dare they! haha. It is beautiful out there though... beautiful landscape and beautiful weather. You have to laugh when its January and us fools in the NorthEast have two feet of snow. Winters are no fun around here. They were as a kid but you miss out on to much of the year. That is if you like the water and being able to be outdoors.
